Management of changes and the development of scientific organizations at the micro level: problems and solutions

Based on the broadcast of key theoretical ideas of organizational management to a specific object of research - scientific organizations - authors have developed theoretical, methodological and scientific -methodical foundations of managing changes in them and their development. The tools and methods given in monographs were used to select scientific organizations of the public sector, which ensured the identification of key positions and trends.
The results of the study can be used both in the activities of the management bodies of scientific organizations and for the implementation of state policy in the field of science.
