In book 1 “Reference Guidelines for Macroeconomics”, an analysis of fundamental factors is presented on which macroeconomic theories are built and with which these theories must be agreed. It affects both the long -term (more than 100 years) and the short -term perspective and shows how shocks affect the economy, how their effect extends in time and how changes in the political regime or political measures affect the nature of macroeconomic vibrations.
