Legal regulation of external state financial control in the Russian Federation

The textbook is devoted to the legal regulation of external state financial control, the legal basis of the activities of external state financial control bodies, including regional ones. The manual discusses the principles of implementation, types, forms and methods of external state financial control in their relationship. The manual reflects the features of the activities of the control and accounting bodies, their powers in the conduct of preliminary, current and subsequent control, various forms of audit in relation to objects of control.
The manual is intended for use as a basic educational material for students studying under the program of bachelors and masters, graduate students of the financial and legal profile, practical employees of financial control bodies. Approved by the editorial and public council of the Moscow Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a training manual
