The monograph discusses the problems of legal regulation of the use of blockchain technology. Cryptocurrency was investigated as an object of civil rights, including a comparative analysis of cryptocurrency with other objects and determined the place of cryptocurrency in the system of civil rights objects. The features of the legal regulation of the conclusion of smart contracts and the execution of obligations arising in this case are analyzed. The problems of legal regulation of other methods of using blockchain technology, in particular when working with personal data, and the implementation of entrepreneurial activity, have been studied.
