Legal aspects of anti -crisis regulation of the banking services market and the Institute of Bankruptcy of credit organizations

The monograph analyzes the tools of anti -crisis banking regulation of the banking services market, including antisancation measures. The Institute of Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of credit organizations is considered as an instrument of anti -crisis regulation of the banking services market. Separate attention is paid to the legal provision of anti -crisis banking regulation bodies and credit organizations. The grounds and legal consequences of the recall of the license from a credit institution, the problems of the legal regulation of the warning of bankruptcy of credit organizations, as well as the legal regulation of insolvency (bankruptcy) of credit organizations are studied. The final head of the book is devoted to legal means of forming a competitive mass and ensuring the satisfaction of the interests of creditors of a credit organization-bankrupt. Legislation and judicial practice are given as of January 1, 2018.
