In this work, Georgio Agamben has a long -term study of the genealogy of the authorities, undertaken as part of the Homo Sacer project, reaches its denouement. The author shows that the current dominance of the economy and management in all spheres of public life draws its foundations in the early Christian paradigm of trinitarian theology, originally related to the problems of the economic economy, that is, a way of divine management of the world. It is no coincidence that modern power is not only “management”, but also “glory”, but ceremonial, liturgical and praise aspects that we are accustomed to consider as rudiments of the past, in reality to this day form the basis of power in the West. Based on the analysis of liturgical interclamations and ceremonial symbols of power - from a throne and crown to purple and licee bundles - Agamben in the New World represents the functioning of consensus and media in modern democracies.
