The judo metaphor has long been used in business and academic circles. However, so far no one has tried to apply it to analyze the business strategy on a systematic basis. Professor of the Harvard Business School David Joff and Researcher Mary KVEC set himself the task of finding out whether martial arts tactics are used in practical management and how justified such a metaphor can be when creating, developing and promoting a strategy.
