In modern conditions, an integrated quality management system (ICMC) that meets the requirements of several international standards and helps to increase the efficiency of enterprise management, the formation of the conditions for its sustainable development, as well as the competitiveness of the enterprise and its products and products becomes increasingly popular.
The monograph discusses theoretical and methodological approaches to quality management at the enterprise. The relevance of the use of an integrated quality management system is substantiated, including at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex (OPC), which is the most effective enterprise management, energy efficiency and resource saving.
Assessment of the use of quality management tools at the defense industry enterprises, the development trends of the defense industry enterprises are justified, a marketing approach to the classification of OPC enterprises was applied, in particular, according to the type of market, which allows identifying potential consumers of enterprises, and the degree of diversification of production.
Organizational and economic approaches to the formation of an integrated quality management system are presented. The procedure for creating the ICMK is considered. The methodology and criteria for assessing the effectiveness of the ICMK are substantiated.
