This training course is a systemic presentation of the Institute of Insolvency (Bankruptcy) It is one of the first works in the history of modern Russia dedicated to the Institute of Insolvency (Bankruptcy), with a detailed analysis of the prerequisites of the occurrence, conditions for the introduction and implementation of insolvency mechanisms (bankruptcy) Based on complex scientific research, theoretical analysis is carried out both by the entire institute of insolvency (bankruptcy) and its categories such as insolvency, bankruptcy, procedural mechanisms used in bankruptcy cases. The legal and economic aspects of the insolvency of the debtor both during the periods preceding his failure and in various bankruptcy procedures are investigated. An analysis of the norms of insolvency (bankruptcy) is accompanied by comparing them with similar norms of foreign legislation. For example, more than 1000 of the most significant judicial decisions of Russian and foreign judicial bodies reveal the features of the mechanism for the implementation of the Institute of Insolvency (Bankruptcy) in the Russian Federation and similar institutions in foreign legislation. For the first time, on the basis of an integrated approach, the Institute of Insolvency (Bankruptcy) is investigated in its relationship with various institutions of Russian law and economic analysis of insolvency processes.
