The book was prepared by the author’s team of the Department of Science and Innovation of IMEMO RAS. For the first time, a set of issues of innovative competition in national, industry and global high -technology markets was considered, as well as the formation of new antimonopoly regulation in this area, which takes place in the United States and the European Union.
