This book represents system organizational arrangements and is an important work that promotes the system of system arrangements in the context of management.
The authors convincingly show that the usual rational methods cannot cope with the solution of many problems arising in organizations. Whereas systemic arrangements find hidden mechanisms and rules acting in organizations, than they can be very interesting to managers of any link.
