This collection of training cases is a joint project of AFK Systems and the Higher School of Business of the Higher School of Economics. Seven cases examines real business situations that are faced with managers of companies from AFK Sistema: MTS, Ozon, Segezha Group, Medsi Group of Companies, agricultural holding Steppe, Binnopharm Group and GC Children"s World . Cases are unique to domestic business education in that they are full-format, created on original materials and allow you to study on the experience of leading Russian companies.
