The monograph shows the place and role of social insurance in the system of protecting the population from social risks, the essence and economic content of the mechanism of financial support for social insurance is considered, and the issues of the relationship of economic growth and development of social insurance institutions are investigated.
A significant place is reserved for the analysis of the methodological foundations of the organization of medical insurance, it was evaluated by reforming the pension system and modernizing social insurance, and instrumentation of instruments for increasing the tariff base of social insurance institutions was investigated by the example of the processing industry.
Much attention is paid to the justification of proposals to accelerate the digitalization of the social insurance system, to update the mechanism of state support for creating the added value in the production, to increase the role of innovative centers and funds in import substitution of high -tech competitive products.
