The monograph discusses new conceptual approaches to the problem of the development and implementation of innovative policy in municipalities, revealed features, patterns and instruments for managing the implementation of innovation policy in the digitalization paradigm. Innovative approaches to the implementation of the implementation of innovation policy in municipalities based on adaptive project management are proposed.
A significant place in the monograph is given to the analysis of the formation and development of municipal innovative systems as an object of implementation of the innovation policy of the municipality.
