The quality of regulation of the country"s foreign trade is largely determined by the quality of management of customs authorities engaged in customs activities aimed at ensuring compliance with the measures of customs-tariff and non-tariff regulation of the movement of goods across the customs border.
In this regard, the issues of further development of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the effective management of customs authorities, or otherwise, customs management, followed by systematization in the form of educational publications, are updated. This textbook is an attempt to such systematization, prepared on the basis of lectures read as part of the discipline “General and Customs Management” at the Department of Customs Faculty “World Economy and Law” of the Siberian State University of Railways (Novosibirsk).
In the textbook, the regulatory framework of customs regulation in the Russian Federation and the EAEU is presented as of February 28, 2018.
The textbook is intended for students of higher educational institutions studying in the specialty 05/38/02 “Customs” can be used by graduate students and adjuncts, and can also be useful for officials of customs and other state bodies directly related to customs regulation
