About the book
Quintessence Otto Sharmer: only the main principles of his theory U and practical tools.
Theory U combines systemic thinking, innovation and the leadership of transformations from the point of view of developing human consciousness. Based on the traditions of research and training in action at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), theory U developed over two decades of experiments and was improved in the works of the current world community of practitioners.
In fact, it consists of three main elements:
1. General principles that allow you to see a blind spot of leadership and changes in systems.
2. The method of introducing changes based on consciousness: process, principles, practice.
3. A new presentation of evolutionary changes in society: updating our psychological and organizational operating systems (OS) in all sectors of society.

Otto Sharmer - Senior Lecturer of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and one of the founders of the Institute of Feeling Presence. In the books" Theory U. Leadership from the future "and" Transfiguration. The potential of a person and the horizons of the future "(the second is written in collaboration with Peter Senge, Joseph Yavorsky and Betty Flawers) introduces the concept of a feeling presence - training from the future as it arises.
In 2015, he and his colleagues founded the MITX U.Lab educational laboratory - mass open distances for those who carry out deep changes that have been activated today by the global ecosystem of updating society and personalities, and where more than 100,000 people are trained 185 countries.
