The textbook complies with the Federal State Educational Standard of Secondary Professional Education. It takes into account the main provisions related to the adoption by the Government of the Russian Federation strategy for increasing financial literacy in the Russian Federation for 2017–2023. The textbook takes into account the totality of the requirements that are mandatory in the implementation of the basic professional educational programs in the discipline “Fundamentals of financial literacy” for various specialties of secondary vocational education. The book contains three sections: Section I “Fundamentals of the Economic behavior of a person”, section II “Management of Financial Resources”, Section III “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship”. The content of sections allows you to multilaterally study the subject and get professional skills in the field of financial literacy. The material is presented in an accessible form, contains many examples, tables and drawings. After each topic, questions are given for self -control. The textbook is intended for colleges, technical schools and vocational schools, as well as for everyone who is interested in financial literacy issues
