The monograph is devoted to the use of asymptotic methods for creating functionally stable control systems. The tasks of the analysis of large evasions are also considered, for which the functionality of the action and quasi -potentials of the ventilation - Freudlin is used. In this direction, algorithms were obtained in the work that allow in real time to predict and prevent critical situations in the management of the indignant system. The developed methods are illustrated by examples of their use in the control systems of mobile objects for various purposes.
