The global financial crisis was shocked by the foundations of modern world order. There was a paradoxical situation in which there are competitive enterprises, qualified labor, sources of raw materials and the need for products, but all this cannot work as it should be due to a lack of money, i.e. auxiliary trading tools. At the same time, money is not a material product, raw materials, energy or anything really existing, but only the result of inter -farm agreement, the fruit of the human imagination, the result of conventionality recognized by all. How did it happen that this "convention" escaped from control, began to behave unpredictably, violated the entire multifactorial organization of the world economy? And why is the cardinal solution to this problem by economic theory not even visible? So relapses are inevitable here.
The reasons for the helplessness of modern economic science follow from the fact that it is more applied than fundamental. It is mainly aimed at solving business problems, at achieving financial successes, and not at improving the living standards of the entire population. And this circumstance tears it off from the implementation of the most urgent problems of mankind, makes it conjunctural, limited. At the same time, no building can be stable without the foundation, and even more so any scientific discipline.
In the monograph, an attempt is made to establish the basic patterns that underlie the fundamental economy. It is written in simple language and can be useful for both scientists and economists, administrators, and for students, the general public, which is interested in the radical solution to modern world problems
