Foster family past, present, future. Monography

In the presented monograph, a foster family was investigated as one of the forms of arrangement of orphans and children left without parental care in the Russian Federation. An analysis of the legal basis of the foster family was carried out in the light of historical development of guardianship and trusteeship, patronage in Russia, the theoretical and practical aspects of the problems of legal regulation of relations associated with the construction of children without parental care, in foster families, as well as the upbringing, protection and protection of their Rights and legitimate interests during the creation, functioning and termination of the activities of the foster family at the present stage. In order to create the best conditions for the quality education of adoptive children, regardless of the features of their development, the author made proposals to create a new two -shaped foster family in Russia.
