The theme of the “foreign trade” is caused by the modern need to improve and develop the Russian economy in the context of its liberalization, exacerbation of competition in the world market and involving the Russian economy in the process of globalization of all world economic relations. Now there is a decline in the development of the global economy, confidence in the financial sphere of countries is falling, its separation from the real economy, the large -scale collapse of the stock markets and the fall of the currencies of highly developed countries. In these difficult conditions of the world market, specific knowledge of foreign trade is required, since the economic development of the country and the standard of living of the population depends on the results of foreign trade. Recommended for publication by the Scientific Council of the Institute of World Economics (IME) as a monograph, a training manual for students, entrepreneurs and foreign trade workers
