In recent years, the mechanisms of attracting foreign citizens and stateless persons have been significantly improved. This is due to both the beginning of the functioning of the Eurasian Economic Union, and the need to regulate the labor market. Accordingly, the changes have occurred in the procedure for taxation of income of this category of persons, as well as their social insurance and the payment of insurance premiums.
The proposed publication discusses the conditions for attracting foreign citizens to the work, features of concluding labor contracts and remuneration with them. Particular attention is paid to the issue of calculating insurance premiums and personal income tax, as well as liability measures for violations.
