For Russian football, where almost all owners and sponsors are either local authorities or companies with state participation, and professional clubs are regularly liquidated and removed from the competition, the topic of attracting financing remains the most relevant.
The following issues are considered in the framework of this work.
Creation of a professional football support fund.
Public-private partnership and tax benefits for football clubs.
Development of internal sources of financing - diversification of the structure of the revenue of football clubs (growth potential due to the implementation of media rights and participation in European Cup tournaments).
The use of debt instruments-the release of bonds and securitization of individual articles of income, crowdfunding (mini-volume) Separately, the procedure for assigning a football club of a credit rating is proposed and a set of criteria is proposed to assess their financial stability, including using indicators used as part of the financial FairPlay UEFA.
