The presented monograph is the first book from the trilogy devoted to the study of the legal foundations of ensuring financial security of the Russian Federation. This work is aimed at the formation of a comprehensive and systematic approach to the definition of legal institutions of financial security, which allow it to identify it as a legal phenomenon. The interdependence of national security and financial stability of the state is determined, the concept of financial security is revealed, including from the standpoint of strategic planning. The legal mechanism for ensuring financial security was investigated, including the legal status of bodies involved in this process, the risks and legal resources in their management are identified, international and foreign experience is analyzed. Particular attention was paid to financial security in certain areas of financial activities of the state: budget, tax and banking systems, a monetary circulation system, in the field of gold and foreign exchange reserves and financial markets.
