The textbook considers the issues of legal regulation of financial activities both in terms of its implementation (private financial law: the legal status of financial organizations, bankruptcy of financial organizations, the legal regime of financial resources, various financial transactions, etc), and in terms of public organization (public financial law : The functions of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, protecting competition in financial markets, tax regulation, budget regulation, currency regulation, etc)
The features of the legal regulation of certain types of financial markets are dismantled: investment activities carried out in cash, activities on lending and settlements, activities in the securities market and insurance activities.
In many chapters of the book, not only the national (domestic) legal regulation of financial activity is represented, but also the foundations of its international legal regulation.

The textbook is intended for university students of the legal profile of the level of undergraduate and graduate, graduate students and teachers, as well as lawyers practicing in the field of financial markets
