Financial and legal regulation of paraffiscal payments in the Russian Federation

The monograph is devoted to the study of issues related to the financial and legal regulation of paraffiscatives (paraapiscal payments) The work studies the formation of the institution of paraffiscalites, analyzes the legal nature of the data of mandatory payments, the specific features inherent in paraffiscaletes are distinguished, certain types of paraffiscal payments established in the Russian Federation are studied. Particular attention is paid to financial control over the establishment and collection of paraffiscal payments.
The authors formulate proposals aimed at improving the current mechanism of legal regulation of paraffiscalites.
