Bankruptcy of legal entities in Russia began to legally regulate the Federal Law No. 127 in 2002. Since that time, amendments have been repeatedly made to the legislative act. The most serious update occurred in 2015 - Federal Law No. 127 was replenished with a new section regulating the bankruptcy of individuals.
