The monograph considers the practice of introducing and applying the measures of trade protection of the EAEU, aimed at counteracting dumping imports (anti -dumping measures), subsidized imports (compensation measures), as well as measures used in connection with a significant increase in imports that occurred as a result of unforeseen circumstances (special protective measures (special protective measures (special protective measures ), the use of which allows us to eliminate the negative effects that are supplied with the supply of goods from third countries to manufacturers in the EAEU.
It is shown that trade protection measures (anti -dumping, compensatory and special), being means of neutralizing competitive advantages gained by foreign companies due to dumping, subsidized or increased imports, are economic, non -tariff, temporary and disciplinary tools to neutralize the destructive effects of the destructive effects of unfair Competitions for the EAEU economy industry, and their selectivity allows the Eurasian Economic Commission to pursue a policy of selective protectionism aimed at protecting the economic interests of specific enterprises and sectors of the EAEU economy in the implementation of the import of goods.
Particular attention is paid to the most effective tool from the arsenal of trade measures - anti -dumping duty, including preliminary, final and retroactive. Important importance in the book is attached to the mechanism of introduction and use of compensation duties (preliminary and final) in connection with the import of goods, in the production, transportation or export of which used specific (prohibited) subsidies of a foreign state, which significantly worsens the production, trade and financial situation of the EAEU economy industry .
Particular attention is paid to such tools for opposing increased imports as imported quota (administrative measure), special duty (economic measure) and special quota (combined measure), which are aimed at neutralizing the negative impact of the sharp, sudden, unexpected and significant increase in imports goods for the EAEU economy industry.
A special place is given the procedure for conducting an investigation preceding the introduction and application of trading protection measures (anti -dumping, compensation and special), which protect the domestic EAEU market from unfair competition from the exporting foreign state (the Union of Foreign States).
