The theoretical and practical problems of the formation, regulation and protection of the general market of the Eurasian Economic Union are posed and solved in the monographs. The main attention is paid to such basic principles of the formation of a common market of the Eurasian Economic Union as the principle of private property, the principle of equal and conscientious competition and the principle of openness of the economies of states that are part of the regional organization of Eurasian economic integration. An important place in the work is occupied by the problems of the customs and tariff regulation of the general market of the Eurasian Economic Union, in particular: international classifiers of goods for customs purposes, the Unified Customs Tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, methods for evaluating the customs value of the goods, the mechanism of calculations of customs duties, modeling the accounts of current export-import operations. A special place is given to such measures of the trade protection of the general market of the Eurasian Economic Union as anti -dumping, compensatory and special protective measures, as well as modeling scenarios of the introduction of protective measures of the general market of the regional organization of Eurasian economic integration from the exporting foreign state companies (the Union of Foreign States) .
The monograph is focused on entrepreneurs carrying out export-import operations, specialists in the field of customs, employees of the departments of the Department of Coordination, Development and Regulation of the Foreign Economic Activities of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, employees of the Department of Customs and Tariff Regulation and the Department of Protection of the Internal Market of the Eurasian Economic commissions. The legislation is given as of January 2018.
