The collective monograph presented by the authors is one of the few attempts to identify and quantitatively assess the influence of the individual participant in the degree of team roles of a particular participant on the final result of the team’s work.
Scientific work was carried out on the basis of a methodological base developed by the authors of the study and presented in the form of an independent research work Development of the methodology and tools for conducting a social experiment to determine the professional and personal qualities of students of educational programs IOM.
The following research methods were used in the process of performing the work: testing, questioning of participants, statistical methods of large data analysis, correlation analysis, multifactorial regression analysis, multidimensional clustering methods.
Methodological approaches to the formation of teams obtained by authors based on the results of the study are addressed to the heads of design offices of ministries and departments, and HR departments of companies
