The textbook is intended for training cadets and students of military universities, as well as students of faculties (departments) of military training of civilian universities, in academic disciplines "Economics" and "financial and economic activities in the Armed Forces". The structure and content of the textbook complies with federal state educational standards. Given the military-professional orientation of training in the textbook, special attention is paid to the basics of economic theory, the problems of economic support for the defense capacity of the state and the effective use of funds allocated for defense.
The textbook is designed for students (cadets and listeners of non -legal military universities, as well as students undergoing training in military accounting specialties in technical universities) under the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Professional Education - Federal State Educational Standard of VPO (third -generation standards).
It was admitted by the educational and methodological association of the Higher Military Educational Institutions on Education in the field of the military department of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for humanitarian and social specialties as a textbook for cadets and students of higher military schools.
