The training manual outlines information on the regulatory framework for ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population and the economic aspects of the activities of healthcare institutions in the implementation of the state assignment. Data on the network and structure, governing bodies of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service are presented. The tasks and functions of bodies carrying out the Federal State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision, as well as institutions that ensure such supervision, are considered.
The publication was prepared taking into account the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for the training of Higher qualifications in the residency in the specialty 32.08.07 "General hygiene", as well as the state general educational standard and in accordance with the working program in the specialty 32.01 "Medical and preventive business ".
