The textbook sets out the main approaches to understanding modern economic law, its subject and place in the system of legal sciences. The main elements of the training course were disclosed, namely: the concept of the economic constitution, its reflection in the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, legal regimes of economic activity, digital economy and law, law and bioeconomics, the basis of decentralization of state administration of economics, etc. The legislation is given as of August 12 2020. The textbook can be used in the educational process in the enlarged group of specialties Jurisprudence at all levels of education. It is recommended that students of law universities and faculties, as well as scientists, representatives of state authorities and various commercial and non -profit organizations, interested in issues of interaction between law and economics
