A. L. Kudrin - economist, statesman, politician. He headed the Ministry of Finance of Russia from 2000 to 2011. The publication contains its main articles, performances and interviews since the beginning of the 1990s. Until the end of 2019, they give a fairly complete idea of the system of transformations that, according to Kudrin, it is necessary to undertake to solve the problems of the Russian economy.
