This book was written primarily for lawyers who are trying to better understand the real influence of the right to economic life and the opposite influence of the economy on legal development, as well as for lawyers who seek the answers to topical issues of the policy of law and seek to find ways to build a more rational and economically effective legal regulation. The author presents the reader the theory in which an economic analysis of law, without claiming to supplant other methods of legal analysis or monopolization of the methodology of political and legal search, is considered as one of the methods of scientific analysis of law. The first part of the book considers the author’s view of the general issues of the methodology of economic analysis of law. In the second part, the author uses the methodology of economic analysis to resolve certain problems of private law. This book is not a full -fledged textbook on economic analysis of law, but submits to the reader a critical author’s view of the problems of the interaction of law and economics
