This textbook is devoted to the consideration of the technologies of the management of management, which is one of the most important sections of modern management at all levels of management. The manual in an accessible and well -structured form sets out the main aspects of documentation support: essence and content, history of the development of this process in Russia, types of documents, their classification, procedure for their design, documentation system, organization of document management and the rules for storing documentation.
Along with the illumination of theoretical and methodological provisions, illustrative examples of paperwork are given in the manual. All chapters are equipped with workshops containing control issues and tests, as well as practical tasks aimed at the formation of document management skills. The textbook is designed for students of secondary vocational education studying in various specialties, including 38.00.00 “Economics and Management”.
