When compiling, the changes that occurred in labor legislation in 2021 were taken into account. The main types of personnel documents formed in the process of registration of labor relations are given from the moment the applicant’s personal documents are consisted with the examples with examples of compilation and execution in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Organizational and administrative documentation was considered with examples of the preparation and paperwork in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 7.0.972016, the documents of which perform typical management functions and are an integral part of the document management of personnel services. In order to form the necessary competencies, a workshop was developed for current and final control with questions, tests, tasks. The application gives examples of local regulatory acts in the field of office work. The training manual can be useful for teachers, leaders of small enterprises, as well as for students in centers of additional professional education and everyone who independently wants to master basic knowledge from the field of general and personnel office work.
