A number of crises of the international financial system over the past two decades have led to the search for its new architecture. The main feature of the previous financial system, which still pays great attention to international forums, is an improvement in corporate governance, increased legal regulation and supervision. Although all of the above, of course, helps to increase the reliability and stability of the financial system, this is no longer enough. It is necessary to introduce strict discipline into the financial system to ensure that the expansion of the loan is not disproportionate with the real economy, and so that it can be deprived of a loan for non -prime and speculative goals. The Islamic financial system is focused on the introduction of such a discipline. This is facilitated by methods of financing PLS (profit - loss), their fair distribution and less dependence on the loan.
