Development of a system of indicators of financial instability of corporations in the context of an economic decline

Global turbulence of economic processes, crises in financial markets, overproduction, environmental and demographic problems negatively affect the activities of corporations, and therefore, the problem of their financial stability acquires more and more relevance.
This monograph reflects the results of a scientific and applied study devoted to the financial stability of corporations, as a result of which a system of financial indicators is formed to determine the total influence of not only various internal factors, but also external shocks arising among the functioning of the corporation.
Methods of financial diagnostics of crisis corporations in the context of the features of the modern institute of insolvency in the Russian Federation are modernized, approaches to assessing the rehabilitation potential of insolvent corporations were developed. The conceptual model of deliberate bankruptcy of enterprises has been formulated and a detailed classification of its financial schemes has been compiled.
