This book is devoted to the legal regulation of the development business in Russia based on the study of all the main stages of the implementation of the investment project: from choosing a site for the development and registration of permits to the construction of a real estate object, its introduction into civil circulation and operational management.
Given the analysis and generalization of the current judicial practice, the book considers the main forms of implementation of the development project: investment contract, the development of the built-up territory and its integrated development, participation in shared construction, as well as public-private partnerships on the example of concession agreements and agreements on the agreement on creating an artificial land plot.
Particular attention in the book is paid to the management issues of the constructed object related to the creation of the structure of ownership, operational maintenance, filling out vacant areas, maintaining and increasing customer traffic, as well as the specifics of real estate management, which is in common shared ownership
