The textbook was prepared on the basis of updated customs legislation that changed in connection with the formation of the Customs Union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation. It discloses the organizational and legal foundations of customs management in the Customs Union, the legal status of subjects of customs legal relations is determined, various customs procedures and the procedure for placing goods under them were characterized, and the features of legal responsibility in the field of customs are considered.
