The monograph is a comprehensive study devoted to the regulation of cryptocurrencies. The author considers the issues of the functioning of cryptocurrency systems, the features of participants in cryptocurrency relations, a characteristic of cryptocurrency as economic value, the object of civil rights and the object of financial and legal regulation is given.
