The textbook contains current issues of managing the creative potential of organizations in the conditions of the information and civilian economy. Significant attention is paid to the development of non -standard management decisions in the context of accelerating the change of generations of innovation, unpredictability, uncertainty of non -standard and crisis situations. The features of the use of system -ocatative analysis in the practical activities of managers are disclosed. Traditional and special methods of creative management are presented. The competency-based model of the creative type manager, as well as his professional qualities, signs-characteristics and competence, have been identified. The textbook contains provisions on the organization of work of creative-design teams of organizations.
