The book is a university course of a relatively new and dynamically developing discipline devoted to the description of the logic, principles and technology of financial management of a company as an independent subject of a business environment. A distinctive feature of the textbook is its structuring and content content in accordance with the author’s concept on the unconditional and close relationship of corporate finance and accounting. Financial management (corporate finances) is considered in the textbook as an applied implementation of key ideas for the neoclassical theory of finance in an appendix to the company and is understood as a system of knowledge and actions on the dynamic optimization of the financial model of the company presented by its accounting balance. The textbook was developed by copyright developments in relation to the logic, principles and technology of the company"s finances management, published in previous works of the authors, in particular in the book "Course of Financial Management".
