The textbook is completed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the areas of undergraduate: "Management" and "Economics". It sets out the main provisions on the organization and management of finance of the corporation. The term "corporation" is used as a generalized concept to denote not only material enterprises, but also other large institutions, organizations, firms. The peculiarity of this textbook is that the emphasis is on the in -depth presentation of modern theoretical approaches to the issues of the formation, distribution, use and management of corporate finances. The study of financial management issues is relevant not only for future economists and financial managers, but also for students of almost any direction and specialization, since in any activity in functioning business entities, the issues of effective financial management are put forward.
