The monographs summarize the results of long-term studies of the authors, including materials obtained as part of the grant of the Russian Fund for fundamental research 18-010-00192 "Cooperation-net interactions as a resource of self-organization and the achievement of qualitative results in the economy".
Certain problems of the modern economy are considered and the need for qualitatively new approaches to the analysis and design of the economy of cooperation-net interactions based on digitalization of business processes and the use of key technologies-mobility, Internet, large data, artificial intelligence, blockchain is considered , inter -corporate legally significant exchange.
In the monographs, resources manifested in cooperative-net interactions are identified in the monograph, which are characterized by systemic growth in the process of their use. Specific studies of modern legislation, tax practice, forms of marketing and practices of individual organizations and enterprises show that the achievement of qualitative results is achieved on the basis of cooperation and net interactions, including at the same time hierarchical, quasi-based and network relations, general goal-setting, active cooperation of resources or their parts, active interaction of partners based on platform methods.
