The textbook presents modern concepts, methods and approaches of the management of consumers in the market of goods and services. Consumer behavior at different stages of decision -making on the purchase of goods is analyzed. External and internal factors that have (to a greater or lesser extent) influence on consumer behavior are considered. The possibilities of their use in the practice of the enterprise are evaluated. Significant attention is paid to the socio-psychological aspects of working with the consumer.
