The work is devoted to the study of the structure of society and the relationship of its subsystems in the environment. The aim of the study is the formation of a compatible model of society and methods of interaction of its subsystems in the environment. The book reveals the theoretical and methodological content of views on the development of society and the subsystems of its life. The analysis of the contradictions of the subsystems of the company and the dominance of directions in their development was carried out. The general prerequisites for the compatibility of scientific schools in the economy and management are determined, with the identification of similarities and differences in the approaches of studying problems. A spiral-cyclic structural model of society has been developed and its theoretical content was revealed. Methods of solving the problems of compatible development of the subsystems of society with the environment have been formed. A significant place in the book is reserved for the disclosure of the evolution of the transition from a moral economy to a moral and spiritual economy. Founded: the content of the spiritual economy as the main factor in the compatibility of human needs and social values, the orientation of the world economy on the criteria for the functioning of the spiritual economy (spiritual and synergistic approach), the method of measuring the state and dynamics of the spiritual economy based on formed groups of indicators.
