The object of the study is the process of economic relocation of the peasantry of European Russia to Siberia.
The subject of the study is an institutional mechanism that regulates the economic relocation of peasants to Siberia.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the evolutionary process of the institutional mechanism that regulates the economic resettlement of peasants to Siberia in the Soviet period.
The process of economic relocation of peasants to Siberia was considered in the work, a comparative analysis of the institutional mechanism was carried out by which this process was regulated, and the incremental nature of the evolution of these institutions was revealed.
The results can be used to prepare and conduct classes in courses of such disciplines as “History of Economics” and “Institutional Economics”
