The book has a postal commentary on the federal law "On foreign currency regulation and currency control", taking into account the changes made to it. The powers of currency regulation bodies, the rights and obligations of residents and non -residents in relation to the possession, use and disposal of the currency of Russia and foreign currency, internal and external securities, the rights and obligations of currency controls, their officials, their officials were analyzed in detail. The regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Federal Tax Service of Russia, regulatory acts of the Bank of Russia are considered. Particular attention was paid to innovations, including amendments to the Federal Law of December 30, 2020 No. 499-ФЗ regarding the regulation of the use of electronic means of payment for transfer of funds without opening a bank account provided to residents with foreign suppliers of payment services. The book is intended, first of all, for law enforcement officers and non -residents (individuals, as well as managers and employees of legal entities), officials and currency control agents. The book will also be useful to everyone who is interested in issues of legal regulation of foreign exchange regulation and currency control in Russia.
